Q. When booking a Sleepee Teepee party, what is included?

A. All our packages vary, please view your required package for a break down of what is included. All packages include delivery , assembly and collection.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?

A. Yes. We require a €100 deposit 7 days prior to your booking date. This will secure your event date and will be refunded to you within 24 hours of pick up. In the event an item is damaged and requires replacement, Magical Moments Ibiza reserves the right to utilise the deposit to replace/rectify any damages caused. Our mattresses are not water proof so please take care to prevents children from drinking directly on the mattresses and use the breakfast trays provided.

Q. How much room will I need?

A. Each of our tents required approximately 2 Meters in Length x 1 Meter in Width which allows room for the breakfast trays and foam mattresses. There are several ways to set up our tents, we will work with the space we are provided to create a beautiful sleepover experience.

Q. How are the Teepee’s Cleaned?

A. All mattresses, sheets and teepee covers will be laundered after each hire. All decorative items are also cleaned.

Q. Do you deliver and setup anywhere In Ibiza?

A. Yes. We can deliver, setup and collect from any location or event in Ibiza.

Q. Is there a minimum age to book a Magical Moments Party?

A. Yes, our packages are suitable for children 5 years or over. If you would like to book one of our Magical packages we advice children to be between the ages of 5-12 years old.  

Q. Do I need to supply power?

A. The majority of our packages are battery powered or solar powered (Tagged & Tested), our movie night package will require a power source within a 30m radius. 

Q. How do I go about booking a package?

A. Simply fill in our Booking Form or give us a call and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Q. How long can I hire a package?

A. We will arrange a mutually convenient time to delivery and pickup the package. Usually packages are dropped to you for midday on the day of the party and collected by 10.30am the following morning or later that evening depending on your chosen package. Times can vary depending on your needs. If you would like to rent our packages for longer periods this can be arranged with a discount applied.

Q. Is catering included in any of your packages?

Q. How can I Pay?

A. We accept, Bank transfer, Paypal or Cash.
